Great place to get Boots...Prices are good and the people are friendly there....I actually went looking for one kind of boots but the sales clerk brought out something far more better and suitable. I really appreciated that so much. I will shop there again.

I went to your store back in December of 2019 and my friend bought some boots for his daughter at your business. We are from the Rio Grande Valley. This picture is of a small boot that you have displayed on your counter top by the register.

Awesome customer attention. She was awesome very helpful professional and polite. Place is a little crowded inside but I didn't mind it after seeing all the specials and different inventory they had. Great place to get your boots and other attire.

I know I review sometimes too much from the same place but the Midland store is also so far again a 5 ⭐️ in customer service but also is the only store in town with physical brand for Spin Em!!! Love this place! If you are looking to get your cowboy on and in Odessa stop here 100%! Way better than Boot Barn and Cavendars! Recommend !

Honestly they have a great selection and the staff is extremely helpful. The hats are organized by color and the store has a good layout.

This place is great for shopping. I went in looking for a birthday gift for my husband. They have great prices and varieties of western items. I looked around for about 2 hours and finally decided on a belt. The staff us friendly and respectful they did not pressure me at all. They actually helped me decide. Hats off this place is compatible in pricing and friendlyness to any other big shot western store. If you prefer local El Rancho Boots is your place. Highly recommended . Thanks for great experience 👍.

Very helpful staff. Large selection. Even had EE exotic boots! I rarely find wide boots but this place had many different types and sizes. Very well priced as well. Went in expecting to pay double of what I did so I bought 2 pairs.

Just went buy today! And we had amazing customer service by a lovely young lady, I think her name was Jocelyn? She is really nice and helped us! We will definitely go back to this locally owed western store.

When I entered this "hole in the wall " business I was greeted very nicely. Not the shoppers stocker kind of people. They helped me in all my needs and wants. I was surprised when this store had not only the boots I wanted but a hat too!! I'm making this my favorite store. Not to expensive and good quality stuff too.

If you want that Tex-Mex look or that Mexican cowboy look , this is the spot!!!!

Meet the gentleman that runs this place. This is a hidden gem with good prices. Lots of choices to choose from for both men and women. Only purchased hats that day but I'll be returning for jeans soon. Check it out !

Very good customer service. I came in looking for only one set of work boots but ended up having a hard time deciding between 3. Ended up deciding with the least expensive, which was very reasonable. I'm definitely coming back.
